FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) catalyst is used at petroleum refineries
for cracking heavy distillates to light distillates such as gasoline, kerosene,
diesel and LPG. Initially, refineries used FCC catalyst for maximum gasoline
yields which is the most valuable distillate.
However, recently refineries' needs are diversifying in order to meet market
situations such as increasing propylene demand which is a basic raw material
