Hydrogenation and Dehydrogenation

In the field of petrochemicals, there are as many as several hundred varieties of catalysts that are used to manufacture petrochemical products. Of these, dehydrogenation catalysts are very important as they have a wide scope of applications, including as basic raw material for petrochemical products, intermediary body, and in the production of various petrochemical products.

N100 series

  • Form: Powder
  • Subjected to stabilization treatment, and can be managed and used in air.
  • Highly active, and offers excellent stability.
  • Low-temperature reaction varieties are also available.

N100F series

  • Form: Tablet, noodle, powder
  • Subjected to stabilization treatment, and can be managed and used in air.
  • Has a high nickel content, and demonstrates excellent performance particularly in the hydrogenation of aromatic compounds.

N110 series

  • Form: Tablet, noodle, powder
  • Subjected to stabilization treatment, and can be managed and used in air.
  • A catalyst series that is further improved from the N100 series, and which offers excellent durability against organic sulfur compounds, which are a catalytic poison component. 

N150 series

  • Form: Powder
  • Demonstrates excellent performance for organic compounds that have complex composition, organic compounds that may cause cracking reactions, and other selective reactions that require low temperatures.

N163A

  • Form: Powder
  • Subjected to stabilization treatment, and can be managed and used in air.
  • Has low nickel content, and demonstrates excellent performance for selective reactions.

N200 series

  • Form: Tablet, powder
  • A catalyst containing manganese and barium additives to serve as a co-catalyst for copper chromium oxide, and which is highly active and offers excellent durability.
  • Demonstrates excellent performance particularly in hydrogenation reaction for esters.

N2A series, N2B series

  • Form: Tablet, powder
  • A copper catalyst characterized by its chrome-free properties.
  • Demonstrates excellent performance particularly in hydrogenation reaction for esters.

NA061RZ, N1000 series, N1100 series

  • Form: Tablet, ring, bead, powder
  • Has hydrogenation activity under relatively mild conditions, and demonstrates excellent performance for selective reactions.
