Industrial gases are widely used across an extensive range of industries, including steel, chemicals, and electronics.
In particular, there are growing needs for the removal of trace oxygen contained in nitrogen and argon, removal of trace oxygen contained in hydrogen, etc., and JGC C&C’s products are used to meet these needs.
In the removal of carbon monoxide, we offer highly active catalysts that are able to carry out purification and removal at the low temperature of 160-260 degrees for regular use, through methanation reactions at below 10ppm.

- Has high nickel content, and demonstrates excellent performance in removal as compared to the universal N110 series from JGC C&C.
- The tablet form has excellent pressure and abrasion resistance.
N110 series
- Form: Tablet
- Subjected to stabilization treatment, and can be managed and used in air.
- Demonstrates excellent performance in the removal of trace oxygen contained in nitrogen or argon.
- Has excellent pressure and abrasion resistance.
- Demonstrates excellent performance in the low-temperature removal of trace carbon monoxide contained in methane (methanation)in hydrogen. It is able to removal below 10ppm at the low temperature of 160-260 degrees for regular use.
N200 series, N210 series, N240 series
- Form: Tablet, extrusion
- Demonstrates excellent performance in the removal of trace oxygen contained in nitrogen or argon.

- Widely used in the catalytic oxidation cracking for hazardous components in effluent gases, particularly for hydrocarbons, and demonstrates excellent heat resistance and performance.
